Mission
The mission of the Clayton Condominium Building Association (“CCBA”) is to improve the living environment of the owners and residents of condominiums in Clayton, MO while embracing the needs of the entire Clayton community.
This is accomplished through the sharing of information on leading practices and current community events.
We gather information on pertinent issues, seek broad perspectives on needed change and communicate the alternatives and options to our members for their input, direction and action.
We also give voice to our Citizens through improved transparency with our local government officials, both elected and staff.

Join
Depending on the size of the building and number of occupants, annual rates usually fall in the $100 to $300 per year range. This is an excellent bargain and will ensure that you will have a voice in the quickly expanding Clayton condo building boom we are experiencing!
Members
Currently, we have 20 “member” buildings in the Clayton area representing over 1,000 condominium units. If you decide that you are interested in joining the CCBA, then our only requirement is that your condominium building falls within the 63105 Clayton ZIP Code.
